I was going to say it was good until they stole my daughter’s small dance bag out of my car . DO NOT GO THERE . THEY STEAL OUT OF YOUR CAR
"I'm really disappointed with the platinum wash I got at your facility. I had bird droppings on my car before the wash, and they were still there when I got my car. To make matters worse, my car now has a bunch of scratches and digs. I didn't expect this level of service, especially not for a premium wash. I'm looking for a resolution."
Completely forgot my detail appointment - longtime customer lost Scheduled a full detail weeks in advance. Family went out of their way to drop off the car early. When I biked 10 miles in the heat for pickup, they had completely forgotten my appointment - keys just sitting on the counter, car still dirty. Their phone hasn’t worked for 5+ days despite daily calls to confirm. Wasted my entire day and my family’s time. Been a loyal customer, but this level of disorganization cost us hours we can’t get back. Never again.
